Tex Mex Chili

For those cold wintery nights, try some good chili. I've tried a lot of chili and this is the best so far. Do you have a good chili recipe or a favorite recipe. Post it and share it with us. :)

Tex Mex Chili

1 pound ground beef, browned
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
dash of salt
2 cans of chili beans, I prefer bush's
1 quart Tomato juice
1 quart Tomatos
raw macaroni-optional
2 pkgs of McCormick's tex mex chili mix

In large skillet brown ground beef, add onions, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Drain. In large pot mix ground beef mixture, beans, juice, tomatoes, chili mix, and macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender.

I like to mix in a little cheese and crackers with my bowl of chili. :)
